Terms and Conditions for Spiritual Heritage Tour of Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown.

 

1. The balance for the June tour is due April 15. The balance for the September tour is due July 15.
2. There will be a $50 penalty for payments not received by those dates.
3. If the final balance is not made within five days of these dates the reservation will be cancelled without refund.
4. There are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. After the final balance is paid, you cannot move payment to a future trip. You can, however, substitute names.
5. Travel insurance is encouraged in the event something happens that causes you to cancel.
6. We will meet in Terminal 2 Baggage Claim #12 area of Reagan airport at 5:00 p.m. to board bus.
