Terms and Conditions for Spiritual Heritage Tour

1. The balance for the June tour is due April 15. The balance for the September tour is due July 15.
2. There will be a $50 penalty for payments not received by those dates.
3. If the final balance is not made within five days of these dates the reservation will be cancelled without refund.
4. There are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. After final balance is paid, you cannot move payment to a future trip. You can, however, substitute names.
5. Travel insurance is encouraged in the event something happens that causes you to cancel.
6. We will meet you just inside the lobby of the hotel at 6 p.m. on the Wednesday the tour begins. The buses depart the hotel at 6:45 for dinner and orientation.
7. If you want to come early or stay after the official tour is over (four nights) and you wish to stay at the same hotel, you will need to make your reservations directly with the hotel.
